Discount Shopping in Paris

Shopping is a must when you are in Paris but not all of us have bottomless pocketbooks. We have some suggestions for discount shopping when you’re in Paris. This will allow you to make a cheap travel and save money to use for fabulous dinners in decadently expensive restaurants or a fine bottle of wine.
Anna Lowe
Certainly a treasure this shop is located near an address in Paris that is said to be the most expensive. It is ideal for buying designer clothing with intact labels at heavily discounted prices. You can save as much as 50% on collections from last year by designers such as Versace, Thierry Mugler and Valentino to name just a few.
Defile des Marques
If you are looking for clothing from designers such as Hermes, Chanel, Prada, Dior and more, look no further than Defile des Marques. You may run into a French television star as they patronize this discount shop. Much of the clothing comes from collections from the year before in good condition along with older collections found at estate sales.
Limoges-Unic & Madronet
Those that can’t leave Paris without purchasing any silver, crystal, glass or china to use on their table, head to Limoges-Unic & Madronet to satisfy your whim. There are two shops just three minutes from each other chock full of products from Limoges. The two stores have diverse merchandise so a stop in both may be well worth your while. Merchandise may change with the seasons and you can always count on products chosen on the whim of the buyers.
Reciproque
Compared to our other suggestions, Reciproque doesn’t have as low a price tag as the others. There are 6 storefronts which are side by side where you can find designer clothing from the best fashion houses that are used but in excellent shape. Though there may be a few items that seem worn, some of the merchandise has only been used by models in photo shoots or on the runway.
